PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION COMMITTEE

Develop a performance improvement strategy for Michigan HealthLink (MHL), utilizing strong analytics and actionable tools, to achieve and maintain benchmark performance status in the BCBSM Organized System of Care (OSC) product as measured by cost, quality and utilization performance. This improvement strategy is realized through strong communication, actionable tools, and an engaged physician community.
